Social Development: In order to experience the society from inside our centre and increase the children’s social experience, we create scenes related to the children's life and provide role-play games for the children. This will allow for the children to explore their creative and imaginative side whilst gaining independence.
Our centres have spacious outdoor areas. This allows for plenty of room to undertake physical activity to develop fine and gross motor skills. Our program will support plenty of different sporting games, dancing and learning basic skills such as jumping and running. These activities will also teach our children how to show sportsmanship and play fairly.
Each child is at a different level of physical development. At Green Garden Childcare we aim to cater for all of those different developmental levels. This includes supporting our babies to roll over, crawl, sit and learn to walk but extends all the way to teaching the children fine and gross motor skills such as drawing and running.
Literacy is an important part of all interactions we experience in life. It is important that children develop literacy skills in their early years of life to assist them as they transition to school and the years beyond.
